- Amount Paid:
Enter the amount you deposited or transferred to our bank account.
- Bank Name:
Select which of our bank accounts you paid to.
- Pay Method:
For ATM transfers, enter the location of the ATM machine.
For bank deposits, enter the name of the branch or the location.
For internet banking transfers, enter "Online transfer", or "Mobile transfer"
- Date of Payment:
Select the date on which you made the payment.
- Depositor / Description:
For ATM transfers, enter "ATM Transfer".
For Mobile transfers, enter the name of the Account Owner
For Online transfers, enter the description, remark, and name of the bank account holder
- Transaction ID / Teller number:
For bank deposits you may enter number on the teller / deposit slip.
For Online transfers, enter the number you got in your alert
For Mobile transfers, enter the ID in your alert, your phone number, or leave it blank.
